The Anambra State Police Command is currently holding an intensive security meeting at its headquarters, involving top officials and tactical commanders. The meeting aims to review and finalize security arrangements for the upcoming second-term inauguration of the Anambra State Governor.
According to SP Tochukwu Ikenga, Police Public Relations Officer, the meeting is focused on ensuring adequate security coverage before, during, and after the event. Commissioner of Police, CP Ikioye Orutugu, has urged officers to maintain vigilance and collaborate with other agencies to ensure a peaceful and secure environment for attendees.
The inauguration ceremony is expected to draw dignitaries, residents, and visitors, and the police command is working to ensure their safety.
